 Production Time:

  • Our standard production time is 14 business days for all orders. However, please note that larger orders may require a longer production window. You will be notified via email if your order falls outside of our normal production timeline.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We utilize several shipping carriers to ensure the best delivery options for our customers. The choice of shipping carrier depends on the customer's address and the weight of the shipment. Our available carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Options:

  • During the checkout process, you will be presented with shipping options based on your address and the weight of the items in your order. Please select the option that best suits your needs and budget.

Transit Damage and Lost/Stolen Packages:

  • While we take great care in packaging your order securely, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit and delivery or for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout. We recommend contacting the respective shipping carrier to initiate any claims or inquiries regarding damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its status.

Packaging & Sustainability:

  • We believe in reducing waste and making practical choices for our environment. To support that mission, we may reuse clean, sturdy shipping boxes and packing materials from other sources. Your items will always be carefully packaged, even if the box isn’t brand new.

Shipping Delays:

  • In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may cause delays in shipping. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping services.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Order Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your shipping address or any other order details after placing your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped but we cannot guarantee your request will be accommodated.
